Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nagaru, a service operated by Accuprosys Global Private Limited (CIN U74140TG2008PTC060467), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana (“Nagaru”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Nagaru helps you draft, review, and publish content to social media accounts you own and connect (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads). You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you choose to publish.

Free beta

Nagaru is currently offered as a free beta. During the beta, the service is provided at no charge, features may change or be withdrawn, and usage limits may apply. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give you advance notice, and you will never be charged without explicitly signing up for a paid plan.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Connected accounts and publishing

When you connect a social account, you authorize Nagaru to publish posts on your behalf to that account. Posts are published only after you approve them, unless you explicitly enable auto-publish. You may disconnect any account at any time from Settings. You agree to comply with the terms and policies of each platform you connect, and you acknowledge that a platform may suspend or restrict your account under its own rules — including in response to content published through Nagaru — and that any such action is between you and the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nagaru to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or spam.
• Impersonate others or publish to accounts you do not own or control.
• Violate the terms of any connected platform or applicable law.
• Interfere with, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Circumvent usage limits or access the service by automated means other than the features we provide.

AI-generated content

Nagaru uses AI to generate drafts. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published — every post you publish is your post. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for any purpose, and you should verify any factual claims before approving a post.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Nagaru a limited license to process and publish that content solely to provide the service. The Nagaru name, branding, and software remain our property.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nagaru is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nagaru is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for content published through the service, or for actions taken by a connected platform against your account. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and ₹5,000.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nagaru against third-party claims arising from content you publish through the service or from your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Nagaru and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights you hold in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
